As part of voluntary sales promotions, we offer free bonus items with selected orders.
The online shop will indicate which bonus items are available during the respective promotional period and under what conditions they are granted.

Conditions for use

Fulfillment of the action requirements

Free bonus items will only be added to an order if the specified conditions are met.
This includes in particular:

- an active selection in the shopping cart , if provided

- reaching a specified minimum order value

- possibly the entry of a designated discount code

A claim to a bonus item exists only if all the conditions applicable to the respective bonus item are met.

Once per order

Each free bonus item can only be granted once per order , unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Only at regular checkout

The provision of free bonus items is only possible when using the regular checkout .
When using express payment methods (e.g. PayPal Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay), the technical addition of bonus items may be restricted or not possible.

No subsequent issue

If a bonus item is not visible in the shopping cart, not actively selected , or if the promotion requirements have not been met, there is no entitlement to a subsequent shipment .

Only while stocks last

All promotions are valid only while stocks last .
The promotions are not necessarily time-limited, but end automatically as soon as the respective stock of the bonus item is used up.
There is no entitlement to a supply beyond the available stock.

Requirement

Free bonus items are only granted in connection with an order of regular items .
There is no separate entitlement to bonus items.

Returns & Cancellations for Bonus Items

The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by these actions.

Return of order

In the event of a cancellation or return of the order , all free bonus items received must be returned complete, undamaged and together with the main goods.

Failure to meet action requirements

If an order is returned in whole or in part and the requirements for a free gift item (e.g. a minimum order value) are no longer met as a result, the entitlement to this free gift item is forfeited.

In this case, we reserve the right to

- the value of the respective bonus item as well as

- any shipping costs that may arise as a result

to deduct from the refund or to invoice subsequently .

Non-return or damaged return

If the main goods are returned without the return of a free bonus item received , or if the bonus item is not returned in its original condition , we also reserve the right to deduct the value of the bonus item and any applicable shipping costs from the refund or to charge them subsequently.

Orders already placed will remain unaffected by changes.
