Assembly instructions for your shipped bike
Technical Information & Commissioning
Congratulations on your new bike! To ensure a safe start, please read these instructions on handover and maintenance carefully. These are an integral part of the purchase contract.
Your bike will be handed over fully assembled. The handover is purely for goods issue. No instruction or individual adjustment will be provided.
The bike arrives partially disassembled. Professional final assembly according to manufacturer specifications (torque settings!) by you or a workshop is mandatory.
1. Suspension & Safety
2. Break-in Period & Maintenance (after 100–200 km)
A bicycle is a technical system that "settles" under stress. The following points must be checked after approximately 10-20 hours of riding:
- • Screw connections: All bolts must be re-tightened.
- • Wheels: Spokes can settle. Re-truing may be necessary.
- • Gears: Fine adjustment of cable tension after initial cable stretching.
- • Brakes: After bedding in, adjustment of the caliper may be necessary.
