Your tasks include:

● Processing and tracking of supplier returns and complaints
● Management assistance (filing, correspondence, scheduling appointments, etc.)
● Independent processing of daily business transactions in the area of ​​preparatory accounting (DATEV Unternehmen Online)


This is what you bring with you:

● Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualifications such as career changers with professional experience
● Knowledge of accounting and, if applicable, human resources
● Fluent in written and spoken German
● Good knowledge of English is desirable
● Very good understanding of numbers
● Experience in dealing with ERP systems is desirable
● Secure use of Google Workspace
