2. YOUR TASKS
In this hybrid role, you will accompany our products through the entire process – from goods receipt to the happy customer:
- • Goods Receipt: Inspection of bikes and components for condition and function.
- • Workshop & Service: Testing, maintenance, and assembly of high-quality bikes.
- • Online Presentation: Creation of product photos and listings.
- • Logistics & Shipping: Professional packaging and on-site goods handover.
- • After-Sales & Customer Satisfaction: You go above and beyond to delight our customers with quick solutions.
- • Communication: Processing customer inquiries – always direct and friendly.
