Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional.
A. Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send us a clear statement (e.g., by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Alternatively, it is sufficient if you return the goods to us within the withdrawal period and enclose a corresponding statement (e.g., the completed withdrawal form) with the package.
Important: The return must include your order number .
The timely dispatch of the goods or the declaration of revocation is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the cancellation.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days after cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the deadline.

You as the buyer bear the direct costs of the return.
You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
General information on returns
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
If possible, please return the item in its original packaging with all accessories. If this is no longer available, please use suitable, protective outer packaging.
Do not return the goods freight collect .
It is essential that you provide your order number in order to correctly identify your return.
These instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Note on refunds and payment methods
After receiving and inspecting the return, our accounting department will release the corresponding amount for refund within a few business days. The credit is usually issued within seven business days.
If you have chosen advance payment or cash/EC payment upon collection, please also include your IBAN when returning the item.
Please note that depending on the payment method and credit institution, it may take a little longer in individual cases for the refund to appear in your account.
FAQ: Who pays the return shipping costs?
The return costs are to be borne by the buyer.
No right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs (commercial customers)
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (e.g., resellers or commercially acting persons) have no right of withdrawal. Withdrawal from the purchase contract is excluded for commercial buyers.
