1. SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We deliver our goods throughout the European Union.

Shipping costs (incl. VAT)

  • • Within Germany: €4.99 (Standard) | €16.99 (Frames/Wheels/Trainers) | €94.90 (Freight forwarding*)
  • • EU countries: €14.99 (Standard) | €24.99 (Frames/Wheels/Trainers) | €159.99 (Freight forwarding*)

Depending on the type of item and weight, different costs may be displayed in the shopping cart.

Shipping by freight forwarder (*)
Complete wheel sets are delivered by freight carrier. For private customers, providing a valid telephone number is mandatory so that the freight carrier can schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery times
Germany: 3–5 business days | EU countries: 5–12 business days
(There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. For mixed orders, the longest delivery time applies.)


2. LOCAL COLLECTION (CLICK & COLLECT)

You can pick up your order free of charge.

Pickup location:
At the premises of Bikestore Oliver Blas , Rosenheimer Straße 32, 83064 Raubling.

Provision:
You will receive an email notification as soon as your goods are ready for collection.

Viewing & Collection:
Collection and viewing of our exhibition are possible at any time during regular opening hours.

Important advisory note:
Spontaneous expert advice cannot be provided on site. For individual consultation or the handover of a complete wheel including instruction, a prior appointment is absolutely necessary.

Please bring: Your order number and photo ID ready.


3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • • Online: Credit card, Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
  • • Prepayment / bank transfer: Payment is requested within 5 days.
  • • On-site payment upon pickup: cash, debit card or credit card (please note card limits).
  • • Company bike leasing: Via our partner BikeStore Oliver Blas GmbH .

4. RESERVATION WITH DEPOSIT

Reservations are only possible by individual arrangement:

  1. Please contact us in advance via the contact form.
  2. Complete your order in the shop using the payment method "prepayment".
  3. Make a down payment of 20% of the purchase price within 7 days.
  4. Full payment and collection/shipping within 4 weeks .
