SHIPPING CONDITIONS
The goods are delivered within the EU.

Flat rate per order: €6.99
Frame or wheels: 16.99 €
Wheels: 94,90 € *
DELIVERIES ABROAD (EU):
Flat rate per order: €22.99
Frame or wheels: €29.99
Bicycle: 159,99 € *
LOCAL PICKUP:
If you choose to pick up the goods, they will be available free of charge in our store.
Once you receive the pickup notification email, your order will be ready for pickup during our opening hours.
Please bring your order number with you when you pick up your order.
A notice:
The above prices are standard prices. Depending on the item, order volume, or destination address, different shipping costs may be displayed in the shopping cart.
*Bikes are shipped via a freight company. Private individuals are required to provide a telephone number so the freight company can coordinate a delivery date. Delivery cannot be made without a valid telephone number.
DELIVERY TIMES
Germany: 3–5 working days
EU countries: 5–12 working days
Unless otherwise specified for the item, and in the case of advance payment, delivery times will be from the time the payment order is received. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, they will be shipped in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Please transfer the invoice amount within 5 days to our bank account specified during the order process.
Please include your order number in the payment reference. Delivery will occur after receipt of payment.
If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
When picking up in the store, cash or debit card payment is possible on site.
Company bike leasing:
We also offer the option of service bike leasing through our partner BikeStore Oliver Blas GmbH .
If your employer works with a leasing provider, you may be able to get your dream bike through them.

RESERVATION WITH DEPOSIT (COLLECTION OR SHIPPING)
A reservation with a deposit is only possible after prior individual consultation. Please contact us before completing your purchase if you would like to make a reservation. We will then check whether this is possible for the desired product.
After our confirmation, the process is as follows:
1. Complete your order in the online shop:
Once we've approved your order, complete it in our online shop. Select " Prepayment " as your payment method. Delivery will be made via mail order or local pickup, depending on your selection during the ordering process.
2. Pay a 20% deposit:
Please transfer a deposit of 20% of the purchase price within 7 days to the bank account specified during the order process. Please include your order number and the reference "Deposit Payment" in the payment reference field.
3. Confirmation email & reservation confirmation:
Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Only upon receipt of this confirmation will your reservation become binding.
4. Final payment & delivery or collection:
The remaining payment of the purchase price depends on the chosen shipping method:
- For on-site collection : payment of the remaining amount upon collection (cash, debit or credit card payment).
- For shipping : Transfer the remaining amount before shipping. Shipping will occur after full payment has been received.
5. Deadline for final payment and collection/shipping:
The remaining payment, as well as pickup or shipping, must be made within four weeks of placing the order at the latest. If full payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and release the goods for sale again.
A notice:
Reservations with a deposit are not possible without a prior agreement with us. Please contact us well in advance of your purchase if you would like to use this service.
