That's why we bring tested, flawless parts and bikes back onto the road, enabling environmentally conscious cycling without compromise.
But for us, sustainability doesn't stop with the product: We also rely on an honest and resource-saving approach to shipping.
Our shipping philosophy: Re-Used & Recycled
- Second chance for boxes: We currently try to reuse around 50% of our shipping boxes . If the size is right and protection is guaranteed, we use boxes that have already been shipped to us. Since safety during transport is our top priority, this isn't always possible – but we work every day to maintain this rate.
- Responsibility through the Green Dot: For all packaging materials that we put into circulation, we comply with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) . Through our partnership with the Green Dot, we ensure that our packaging is professionally recycled and remains in the material cycle.
- Resource saver: With every purchase from us, you are choosing more than just a bicycle part: You are supporting a circular economy that avoids waste and conserves valuable raw materials.
