The SRAM PowerGlide PG-1170 cassette is the perfect choice for ambitious road cyclists and cyclocross riders who value excellent shifting performance and low weight. Thanks to the optimized PowerGlide™ design, gear changes are reliably, quickly, and silently executed, even under load. The construction is based on an intelligent design where the three largest cogs are mounted on a sturdy aluminum spider – this saves valuable grams and simultaneously increases stiffness for loss-free power transfer.
Made from heat-treated steel, the PG-1170 offers impressive wear resistance and durability. The 11-28t gearing is the ideal all-rounder for flat stages and hilly terrain. Thanks to its compatibility with Shimano-compatible 11-speed freehub bodies, this cassette can be seamlessly integrated into existing SRAM RED 22 or Force setups. The high-quality finish also ensures a permanently first-class look on your bike.
