Das ABUS BORDO GRANIT XPlus 6500 ist ein Hochsicherheitsschloss der Extraklasse und das Spitzenmodell der BORDO Familie. Mit dem maximalen ABUS Sicherheitslevel 15 bietet es überragenden Schutz und hält selbst massiven Attacken zuverlässig stand. Dank des großzügigen Umfangs von 110 cm lassen sich auch E-Bikes oder breite Rahmen problemlos an festen Gegenständen anschließen.
Die 5,5 mm starken Streben, das Gehäuse und die tragenden Teile des Verriegelungsmechanismus bestehen aus speziell gehärtetem Stahl. Durch das ABUS Link-Protection-Shield sind die flexiblen Spezialnieten der Gelenke extrem robust und bieten einen massiven Sägeschutz. Der verbaute ABUS XPlus Zylinder schützt effektiv vor Manipulationen wie Picking. Um Lackkratzer am Fahrrad zu verhindern, verfügt das 2332 g schwere Schloss über eine extra weiche 2-Komponenten-Ummantelung sowie einen farblich abgestimmten Silikonüberzug mit Soft-Touch Eigenschaften.
