The Black Inc Integrated Aero Barstem AB02 sets a new standard for integrated carbon cockpits in the high-end road and gravel sectors. Developed in close collaboration with seven-time Grand Tour winner Chris Froome and optimized for the Factor OSTRO VAM, this stem-and-bar unit combines leading aerodynamics, outstanding ergonomics, and a total weighed weight of just 425 g (including the installed computer mount).
The sophisticated design with a 7° flare positions the shifter/brake levers at a narrow, extremely streamlined width of **400 mm**, while the drops flare out to **429 mm**. This drastically reduces the frontal area of the rider and bike while ensuring maximum control during sprint efforts or on rough gravel surfaces. The medium-deep 40-mm top bar profile with a 3° backsweep noticeably outperforms the competition in the wind tunnel and guarantees an extremely natural, comfortable hand position during climbing sections.
