The CushCore XC tire insert is the weight-optimized, high-performance version, specially developed for cross-country racing, fast trail rides, and weight-conscious riders. Far more than just puncture protection, this mousse acts as a highly efficient damping system within the tire. It absorbs hard impacts, reliably protects your lightweight XC carbon or aluminum rims from damage, and filters high-frequency vibrations. This significantly reduces arm and leg fatigue, allowing you to maintain full control on technical sections.
Thanks to its patented profile, the risk of pinch flats is drastically reduced. The targeted sidewall support stabilizes the tire sidewall and prevents tire roll in fast corners. This allows you to ride with uncompromisingly low tire pressure. The tire conforms perfectly to the ground, massively increasing traction and grip when climbing and cornering – for maximum time gains on the race track.
