The CushCore XC system redefines puncture protection and acts as a true shock absorber for your tires. While compressed air acts as a spring, the CushCore insert provides dynamic damping. The system works progressively: for small bumps, the ride remains lively and rolling resistance is minimal. As soon as the load increases, the insert stabilizes the sidewalls, reduces vibrations, and prevents the dreaded tire roll in corners.
Developed specifically for XC and light trail use, CushCore offers maximum protection for your rims during hard impacts. It effectively absorbs impact energy, reduces shock loads for the rider, and ensures that the tire maintains optimal ground contact through controlled rebound. This allows riding with lower air pressure while increasing puncture resistance and traction.
