Der S-Works Prevail 3 ist perfekt für Rider, die den Komfort und die Vorteile der Temperaturregulierung eines überragenden Belüftungssystems schätzen. Er ist der ultimative Allround-Helm, der bei heißen Bedingungen, anstrengenden Anstiegen und Bergetappen brilliert.
In unserem ständigen Bestreben, die Belüftung unserer Helme weiter zu verbessern, haben wir die luftstromblockierenden Schaumstoffbrücken in der Mitte des Helms entfernt und so Luftkanäle geschaffen, die die Belüftungsfläche im Vergleich zum S-Works Prevail II Vent um 24,5% vergrößern. Der brandneue S-Works Prevail 3 hat die größte Belüftungsfläche aller Helme, die wir je hergestellt haben.
Bei einem Aufprall hat ein Helm die Aufgabe, die Energie des Aufpralls abzuleiten. Der herkömmliche Ansatz für das Helmdesign sieht vor, dass mehr Schaumstoff (EPS) zu einem besseren Energiemanagement führt. Wir haben das Buch über das Design von Fahrradhelmen neu geschrieben, indem wir über den Schaum hinaus innovativ waren. Gewebte Aramid-„Kabel“ durchziehen den Helm und sind an seitlichen Paneelen aus Carbonfasern befestigt. Bei einem Aufprall arbeitet die AirCage-Technologie nach dem gleichen Prinzip wie Hängebrücken und verteilt lokale Kräfte über den gesamten Helm.
Das System zur Anpassung an die Okzipitalbasis optimiert den Komfort, da die Passform des Helms mit der individuellen Kopfform abgestimmt werden kann. Zusätzlich kann der Helmwinkel für bessere Kompatibilität mit verschiedenen Brillen verändert werden. Das Tri-Fix-Riemensystem bietet Ridern zusätzlichen Komfort über individuelle Einstellmöglichkeiten, überarbeitetes, dünneres Riemenband mit 10 mm Breite minimiert Riemengeräusche. Das ANGi-kompatible, ultraleichte Mindset-System zur Feineinstellung kann auch in der Höhe verstellt werden, für bessere Griffigkeit und einfachere Handhabung während der Fahrt wurde es überarbeitet.
Die ultraleichte und äußerst komfortable MIPS Air Node-Technologie ist direkt in die Helmpolsterung integriert. Sie besteht aus einer glatten, reibungsarmen Schicht, die Rotationskräfte effektiv ableitet. MIPS hat auf Grundlage der Entwicklungsarbeit von Specialized in diese Schicht Perforationen eingebracht, um Atmungsaktivität, Leistung, Komfort und Gewichtseinsparung zu maximieren.

Information on the optical condition
We would like to point out that we sell used and/or discontinued bikes here. If they are no longer in new condition, minor scratches can always occur. Wheels are visually classified as best and conscientiously as possible using the system below.
very good condition = very well-maintained condition/minor scratches possible that can arise from driving and/or storage
Good condition = has minor visual damage to the paint (we'll try to show it as best as possible with a picture)
Heavily used condition = has major damage to the paintwork in several places and you can clearly see that the item has been heavily used/technically harmless
Information on the condition of the wearing parts
We would like to point out that we sell used and/or discontinued bikes here. Which are no longer in new condition. Wheels are visually classified as best and conscientiously as possible using the system below.
very good condition = very little wear / used but can be described as almost new
good condition = shows wear / but below the tolerance limit for replacement. In need of maintenance = one or more components must be replaced
Requires maintenance = One or more components need to be replaced
Information about the last service inspection
We carefully check the purchased bike for damage, clean it, service it and, if necessary, replace wear parts. The date given is the date this was done and has not been moved onto the trail or roads since.

A lot of time is invested in advance into each of the bikes and items on offer. Cleaning them, servicing them and, if necessary, replacing wearing parts in order to make them roadworthy and attractive again. This is where we differ from the numerous other bikes/items on offer.
You will receive a bike/item that has been checked honestly and conscientiously and the condition is classified in our categories (explanation of this in the condition information).
So you know what to expect and get a bike/item with which you won't be faced with major repairs after a short time.
