The SRAM RED AXS E1 rear derailleur is the technological masterpiece of the current RED series. With a weight saving of 16 grams compared to the previous version, it is not only lighter, but thanks to the use of larger jockey wheels with high-quality **ceramic bearings** and the X-Sync tooth profile, it has also become noticeably less friction-prone and more efficient.
The speed-dependent **Orbit Fluid Damping** effectively minimizes chain slap on rough asphalt, cobblestones, or gravel and ensures absolutely precise chain guidance. Thanks to the wireless **AXS technology**, the derailleur can be effortlessly configured via a smartphone app, paired with other AXS components, and sends gear data in real time to your bike computer. With a capacity for cassettes from **10-28T to max. 10-36T**, this derailleur is extremely versatile.
