The original Trek Madone SLR Gen 8 full carbon rigid fork stands for uncompromising aerodynamics, superior stiffness, and precise steering behavior in the absolute high-end road bike segment. The refined finish in Matte Carbon Smoke / Prismatic Pearl gives the bike an exclusive look with subtly shimmering color accents.
With a rake of 40 mm and an axle-to-crown height of 370 mm, this Trek fork geometry is officially recommended for frame sizes M, L, and XL. It is designed for the 12x100 mm thru-axle standard (thread pitch M12 x 1.0) as well as flat-mount disc brakes. The integrated crown race ensures a seamless fit in the headset. For this particular unit, the weighed total weight including the crown race is an extremely light 385 g.
Important condition note regarding the steerer tube & scope of delivery:
The steerer tube (28.6 mm / 1-1/8" threadless) of this fork has been professionally shortened from the original factory length (300 mm) to 26.3 cm. The matching crown race is already included. Please note that the delivery does not include a 12 mm thru-axle.
