Das SRAM Chaingap Tool ist ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug für jeden Mountainbiker, der ein 12-fach Eagle System fährt. Die präzise Einstellung des Umschlingungswinkels (der Abstand zwischen dem oberen Schaltröllchen und dem größten Ritzel) ist entscheidend für die reibungslose Funktion deiner Schaltung. Mit dieser originalen Einstelllehre von SRAM stellst du sicher, dass dein Schaltwerk exakt positioniert ist, um blitzschnelle und geräuscharme Gangwechsel zu garantieren.
Dieses spezifische Werkzeug wurde für Eagle-Kassetten mit einer Bandbreite von 50 bis 52 Zähnen entwickelt. Es ist sowohl mit mechanischen SRAM Eagle Schaltwerken als auch mit den kabellosen AXS-Komponenten voll kompatibel. Durch die einfache Handhabung lässt sich der korrekte "Chain Gap" innerhalb weniger Sekunden ermitteln, ohne dass komplizierte Messungen erforderlich sind. Ein Muss für die Werkstatt und jeden Service an deinem 12-fach Antrieb.
Wichtiger technischer Hinweis
• Anwendung: Die Einstellung erfolgt im sogenannten "Sag"-Zustand (eingetauchter Dämpfer) bei Full-Suspension-Bikes. Setze das Werkzeug auf das größte Ritzel auf und justiere die B-Limit-Schraube deines Schaltwerks, bis die Mitte des oberen Schaltröllchens mit dem Pfeil bzw. der Markierung auf dem Tool übereinstimmt.
