The Zipp 303 Firecrest Tubeless Disc Brake wheelset is built for real life – for unpredictable roads, rough asphalt, and adverse conditions. The revised, hookless carbon rim features an **inner width of 25 mm**, an outer width of 30 mm, and an aerodynamic 40 mm profile. This design ensures a more perfect transition to the tire, increases aerodynamic efficiency, allows for lower tire pressure, and drastically reduces rolling resistance. The wheel absorbs vibrations – not the rider.
At the heart of this premium wheelset are the **ZR1 DB hubs**, developed in Germany.
