GARMIN TACX FREEHUB BODY – THE ESSENTIAL UPGRADE FOR YOUR SMART TRAINER
The Garmin Tacx Freehub Body (Type 2) allows you to use the latest drivetrain systems on your home trainer. It is specifically designed for mounting Shimano 11- and 12-speed road cassettes as well as SRAM 11-speed road bike cassettes. Thanks to the included spacer ring, it is also backward compatible with Shimano 10-speed systems. Made from robust aluminum and equipped with high-quality industrial bearings, this freehub ensures smooth running and maximum reliability during your indoor training sessions.
IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE: This adapter kit is exclusively suitable for Tacx Smart Trainers of Type 2 generation (axle diameter 12 mm). Please check your trainer before purchasing: Type 2 devices were produced from October 2019 onwards. Older Type 1 trainers (6/9 mm axle) are not compatible with this freehub.
