Der RockShox Monarch RL ist ein hochentwickelter Hinterbau-Dämpfer, der vor allem eins im Sinn hat: Kompromissloses Tempo. Mit einem Gewicht von gerade einmal 230 g ist dieser Luftdämpfer extrem leicht und bügelt Unebenheiten auf dem Trail mühelos weg. Seine Performance ist so zuverlässig, dass das Chassis selbst für die harten Anforderungen moderner Cross-Country- und Marathon-Rennstrecken ausgelegt ist.
Dank des bewährten **Solo Air** Federsystems lässt sich der Dämpfer über ein einziges Ventil blitzschnell an das Fahrergewicht anpassen. Für steile Uphills und maximale Effizienz im Sprint verfügt der Monarch RL über einen leicht erreichbaren **Lockout-Hebel** direkt am Dämpfer, mit dem sich das Heck im Handumdrehen blockieren lässt, um lästiges Wippen zu unterdrücken.
