Das neue SRAM RED AXS E1 Schaltwerk der Generation 2025 (E1) ist das technologische Meisterstück der aktuellen RED-Serie. Die Ingenieure von SRAM haben jedes Detail optimiert: Mit einer Gewichtseinsparung von 16 Gramm gegenüber der Vorgängerversion ist es nicht nur leichter, sondern durch den Einsatz größerer Schaltröllchen auch spürbar effizienter geworden. Diese Schaltröllchen verfügen über hochwertige Keramik-Lager und das bewährte X-Sync-Zahnprofil, was für einen seidenweichen Kettenlauf und maximale Kraftübertragung sorgt.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist die geschwindigkeitsabhängige Orbit-Fluid-Dämpfung. Dieses System sorgt selbst bei Fahrten im Gelände oder auf Kopfsteinpflaster für eine extrem sichere Kettenführung und minimiert Kettenschlagen effektiv. Dank der kabellosen AXS-Technologie erfolgt die Konfiguration und Feineinstellung bequem via Smartphone. Zudem ermöglicht der integrierte ANT+ Sender die Echtzeit-Kommunikation mit deinem Radcomputer, um den aktuellen Gang und den Batteriestatus direkt im Cockpit anzuzeigen.
