We invest considerable time and care in each of our bicycles and parts before they go on sale. Every bike and every item is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and, if necessary, fitted with new wear parts to ensure it's technically sound and visually appealing.
This is precisely where we differ from many other providers: You only receive items from us that have been honestly and conscientiously inspected. The condition and all relevant information can be found transparently and comprehensibly in our item information and terms and conditions .
This way, you know exactly what to expect – and can be sure that you'll get a bike or part that will give you long-lasting pleasure without the need for major repairs after a short period of time.

USED GOODS - Warranty
If you choose our used bicycles, components, or equipment, you benefit from additional security: We offer a one-year warranty . So you can ride worry-free, knowing we'll stand behind you even after your purchase.
Note: Items expressly marked as “defective” or “DIY goods” are excluded from the warranty.

NEW GOODS - Guarantee
When you purchase new bikes, exhibition pieces, demonstration models, or discontinued items, you are doubly protected: You receive a 2-year manufacturer's warranty or a 2-year guarantee – clearly and transparently stated in the item information.
This means you are better protected than if you were buying privately, and you can rely on our support even after the purchase.
