Die Wahoo SPEEDPLAY AERO Pedale sind die konsequente Antwort auf die Anforderungen des modernen Rennsports, bei dem jede Sekunde zählt. Durch die Kooperation zwischen Speedplay und dem Fitness-Spezialisten Wahoo wurde dieses Kult-Pedal weiter perfektioniert. Die windschnittige Aero-Variante besticht durch ihre extravagante Form und die golfball-ähnliche Oberfläche ("Dimples"), die Luftwirbel minimiert. Nach dem Einrasten bildet das Pedal mit dem Schuh eine kompakte, bündige Einheit ohne störende Kanten – für maximale Effizienz im Kampf gegen den Wind.
BODENFREIHEIT UND INDIVIDUELLE ERGONOMIE
Ein entscheidender Vorteil des runden Designs ist die extrem geringe Bauhöhe (Stack Height). Dies erhöht die Bodenfreiheit in Kurven massiv, sodass du früher und länger pedalieren kannst, ohne mit dem Asphalt in Berührung zu kommen. In Sachen Ergonomie bleibt Speedplay ungeschlagen: Die Schuhplatten lassen sich sowohl längs als auch seitlich unabhängig voneinander verschieben. Die Bewegungsfreiheit (Float) ist von 0° bis 15° stufenlos einstellbar, was eine absolut knieschonende Ausrichtung ermöglicht, ohne die Cleats wechseln zu müssen.
